Connecting with International Mission
One Weekend Without: a project of West Epping and the Lent Event where people give something up and donate funds to a project for international aid and relief. Similar in focus to 'giving something up for Lent' but run at other times of the year and with a view to addressing issues of poverty.
Knox Grammar School (Sydney) and PNG visit: 10 students and 4 staff members from Knox Grammar School in Sydney travelled to Milne Bay, Papua New Guinea and stayed in the village of Lelehudi for 5 days. The trip was very successful, with the team achieving all that they hoped and learning more than they could have imagined.
